WARRANTY POLICY
WildEar Hearing Boosters carry an unconditional warranty of 6 months on fit and 2 years against manufacturing defects.

WildEar will replace or repair any product returned for poor fit within 6 months of purchase.

PRODUCT IN WARRANTY​
If your custom-fit electronic products are malfunctioning as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product at no charge within 2 years from the date of purchase. Cost $19.99

Note: If your custom-fit electronic product is malfunctioning due to corrosion, the repair cost will be $139.99. * Corrosion is a direct result of improper storage or from non-removal of the battery after use.

Proper Storage when not in use:

Remove batteries, leave battery doors open, and place units in storage case with a recharged silica gel pack.

PRODUCT OUT OF WARRANTY​
WildEar provides full service for out-of-warranty electronic products. Send the product (both ears) back for any repairs and maintenance cleaning Cost $139.99
