REPAIR & WARRANTY INFORMATION

PROPER USE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove batteries, leave battery doors open, and place units in storage case with a silica gel pack
  • Review the User Guide carefully.

90-DAY FIT GUARANTEE

If discomfort is experienced with proper insertion, the earset should be remade by WildEar to achieve a comfortable fit. Any fit issues should be noted within the first few days of use and immediately reported to WildEar. If an issue is due to a poorly created ear impression, a new impression may need to be taken at the customer's expense.

    with a repair form to WildEar.

1-YEAR/2-YEAR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WARRANTY

Custom FieldEarz™ is warranted for two years, and all other products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against any defects in materials and workmanship.  We will repair or replace any equipment that we determine to be defective within this timeframe, exclusive of damage caused by improper care or use. The warranty does NOT cover any damage to custom earsets resulting from (a) use in a manner other than normal operation as specified in the Operating Instruction Manual; (b) misuse, accident, or neglect; (c) improper disassembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, alteration, repair or any modification by the customer or any other person unauthorized by WildEar.

  2. Send the product in a crush-proof package
    with repair form to WildEar.

*If your FieldEarz™ repair is out of the 2-year warranty window, please purchase an out-of-warranty repair

and fill out the online repair form. Include a printed form in your shipment.

EXCLUSIONS

The following are excluded from warranty. Please purchase out-of-warranty repair and follow mailing instructions above. 

  • Batteries or Battery Corrosion

    • Battery corrosion directly results from improper storage or non-removal of the battery after use. Corrosion is not covered under warranty. 

  • Accessories

  • Cord damage

  • Failure or improper function due to wax in the earpiece

  • Water damage

  • Any damage caused by neglect or improper handling.

If your electronic acrylic earpiece is cracked/destroyed or lost, please purchase a replacement earpiece. 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The product warranty is the only warranty given by WildEar and the customer receives no other warranty, either expressed or implied. All warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use are expressly disclaimed and excused.
